How to stop a
negative thought...
Watch Lesson 6!

Why do we sometimes avoid the things that matter most to us? In Lesson 6 of the RAD SEL series, we introduce RoAD Blocks — the uncomfortable thoughts and feelings that can stop us from taking actions that align with our values. Even when we know what matters to us — being a good friend, working hard in school, trying new things, or helping others — our minds can create obstacles. Often we just want to know how to stop a negative thought from happening, but is that possible?
