RAD for life: educational consulting and teaching resources
RAD for life: Education consulting and classroom resources that are easy, affordable and effective.
Education consulting and free classroom resources that actually work.
At RAD for Life, we offer more than education consulting—we’re a hub for practical, easy-to-use tools for educators.
Our work is built on two key areas:
RAD SEL Program – A simple, effective approach to social-emotional learning that teaches students to Recognize, Accept, and Do what matters.
Classroom Management – Practical strategies presented through the Establish · Encourage · Respond framework, alongside trauma-informed practices and behaviour support.
Whether you’re looking for guidance, ready-to-use lessons, or full programs, everything is designed to be simple, effective, and grounded in real classrooms.

About RAD for Life Consulting
Read the Story of RAD in the FAQ section.
I am an educator with over 25 years of experience in the public school system. I have worked as a classroom and resource teacher, teaching students from kindergarten through Grade 12. I have also served as a district behaviour specialist, inclusive education consultant, and outreach and hospital homebound teacher. In addition, I work with post-secondary educators as an adjunct professor, teaching courses in classroom management and behaviour disorders.

I hold undergraduate degrees in psychology and education, as and postgraduate degrees in special education, specializing in behaviour disorders and developmental disabilities. I also hold a postgraduate diploma in applied behaviour analysis.

RAD is the product of my years of experience, born out of a desire to help students and teachers. I hope you enjoy the program and my resources as much as I enjoyed creating them.
