How to improve emotional awareness:
R is for Recognize

In RAD, each letter stands for one of three activities: Recognize, Accept, and Do. You will first learn about each activity individually and then learn how to use them together effectively.

Part of learning how to improve emotional awareness is learning to recognize the differences between thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Thoughts, feelings and behaviours are constantly working together. They influence each other. It is important to learn how they are different and how they work together. It is also important to be able to talk about them accurately.
