About the Framework
Establish Encourage Respond is the framework for classroom management at RAD for Life. It is a compilation of evidence based practices presented in a usable and adaptable framework.

The framework is presented in a variety of frameworks. First, there are videos that describe the framework. In addition, the entire framework is available as a book. Planning sheets and implementation tools are also available to assist with using the strategies.

The website includes brief explanation of the framework along with links to multiple videos, including the RAD report cards- where we evaluate the teaching practices of teachers (fictional and non-fictional) from famous movies and other media
