About EER
Establish Encourage Respond is the framework for classroom management at RAD for Life. It is a compilation of evidence based practices presented in a usable and adaptable framework.

EER can benefit preservice, new and experienced teachers. It is written from the perspective of an experienced teacher. It follows their story as they confront challenging behaviour in their class and learn to to love their job again.​
