Accepting RoAD Blocks and Getting Stuck

RoAD blocks are the uncomfortable thoughts and feelings that prevent us from doing RAD moves. RoAd Blocks are unavoidable in life, and often our uncomfortable thoughts and feelings lead us to act in way that is not in line with our values. We call this being stuck.

In RAD, we will learn to Accept our RoAD Blocks so we can do what is important to us. Our uncomfortable thoughts and feelings are still there, but they don't leave us stuck.

For each scenario, identify whether the person is Accepting or Stuck. Remember, When we Accept our RoAD Blocks we process them in a way where we can follow our values. When we are stuck, our RoAD Blocks result in us acting in a way that does not align with our values.
