Mindfulness for Beginners
The RAD way! 

In lesson 7 we learn why understanding our emotions can be so hard, and we learn an important strategy to help us respond to them. We explore how to get past those uncomfortable thoughts and feelings that we call RoAD Blocks. We learn what accepting is and what it is not and how we can use it.
