RAD is all about Making a Good Choice! 

In lesson 10 we put all of our RAD skills together to help us make good choices. Even when we have uncomfortable thoughts or feelings, it is still possible to make good choices and do what is important to us. Learn how to respond to strong emotions and difficult thoughts using the Recognize, Accept and Do framework and make good choices!
